Return Policy

Our goal is to have satisfied customers who come back to us time and time again.

Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, have any comments regarding the product specifications, or, for example, our size chart, we are always ready to listen and, if necessary, exchange the product or refund its cost.

Return Process

In case of a return, please contact us via email at zidans.design@gmail.com or by phone at +995 599 072 632.  
Let us know the reason for the return.  
We will arrange a return request through our logistics partner, DHL, and all you need to do is drop off the package at a local pick-up point in your city.  
You will receive a refund to your card within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Return Conditions

If the item you purchased does not meet your preferences in terms of color, style, size, or any other parameters, we are happy to exchange it for a more suitable option or refund your money.

You may cancel your order entirely or partially before it is received or within 30 days after receiving it. A return of an item in good condition is possible if all its properties, appearance (no signs of use), packaging, and labels are preserved. In such cases, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If returning only part of the order, the delivery cost is also non-refundable.

In the event of a dispute regarding the cause of defects or the use of the product and its condition, an independent examination will be conducted within 7 days from the date of the request. The customer has the right to participate in the examination and contest its findings in court.

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will cover all transportation costs.
